1. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payments must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g. preorders). We accept all major forms of secure payment.
2. Preorders & Deposits
For select items, a 50% deposit may be collected at time of order. Remaining balance must be paid prior to shipment. Preorders are non-refundable after 10 days from order placement.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from our facility or fulfillment partner. Shipping times may vary based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues.
4. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days for a review. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit.
